Technical intern training
Japan
We coordinate through supervising associations across Japan. Japanese language, culture and workplace rules are taught before departure, and our staff visit workers on site during placement.

We are a Lao government-licensed recruitment company in Vientiane. We source, train and deploy Lao workers to Japan, Korea and Thailand — every placement fully documented, fully legal, and followed up after arrival.
Where we recruit
Many employers have never worked with Lao staff before. Laos is a landlocked country in mainland Southeast Asia, sharing borders with China, Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand and Myanmar. Its population is young, its labour force is growing, and Vientiane sits within direct reach of every major East Asian hub.
The minimum wage is what a worker earns inside Laos — it is not the basis for pay abroad.
Country figures are rounded national statistics, given for orientation only.
A short brief for employers who have not worked with Lao staff before.

Understanding Lao workers
Lao candidates are typically young, rural in background and used to physical, seasonal work. Below is an honest picture of where they perform best and what they are trained on before they leave.
Young and physically able
Most candidates we put forward are between 20 and 35 years old.
Calm, low-conflict work culture
Lao workplaces value patience and respect for seniority, which fits Japanese and Korean team structures with little friction.
Immediate language fit for Thailand
Lao and Thai are closely related, so workers deployed to Thailand can communicate on site from the first week.
Trained before departure, not after arrival
Language, culture, safety rules and the employer's own regulations are taught in Laos before the flight.
Rural, outdoor work background
A large share of candidates grew up in farming households and are used to early starts, seasonal peaks and outdoor conditions.

Destinations
Each destination has its own programme, paperwork and timeline. We operate all of them from the same office in Vientiane.
Technical intern training
We coordinate through supervising associations across Japan. Japanese language, culture and workplace rules are taught before departure, and our staff visit workers on site during placement.
Laos–Thailand MOU system
Full document processing under the bilateral MOU, including clearance through the Nong Khai post-arrival and reintegration centre.
Seasonal work, E-8 category
We run Korean language preparation at our own centre in Vientiane and hold a screened candidate pool. We have the licence and the capacity to deploy on request — talk to us about volume and timing.
Advisory service
We advise Lao workers and students considering employment or study in China, including through an academic link with Huaqiao University.
Recruitment inside Laos
Our licence covers placement inside Laos as well as abroad. We recruit district by district alongside local authorities and village committees, which is also how we build the candidate pool for our overseas programmes — so employers operating in Laos draw on exactly the same screening, briefing and documentation.
Pre-departure training
Nobody is put on a flight straight from a village. Candidates attend classroom training in Laos first: the destination language, workplace conduct, safety rules and the employer’s own regulations.
